COVID-19 PREVENTION POLICIES

We are carefully monitoring the changing situation with regard to COVID-19, and are following all necessary government guidelines with regard to hand washing and general safety protocol. The safety of our staff, customers and community is of paramount importance to us.

When visiting our retail shop, please follow the guidelines for social distancing (two metres) and maximum number of people in the shop (two) at any one time. These are clearly marked with signage. Our staff will be wearing face masks, and we would ask customers to please do the same. Hand sanitiser will be available for all customers at the entrance, and we have also installed clear screening at the sales counter. Customers are asked to place their order, and then wait outside were possible, or in their car. We will bring your order out to you when it's ready. Online orders will be carefully sanitised and packaged prior to dispatch.

Our delivery service is still available. When we deliver to your address, we will phone when outside and leave your order at your door. We will keep two metres away until you have received your order. Our courier delivery partners have been requested to follow the same procedure.
